Hannah Reed’s clients don’t email her. They text her. It’s a small thing, but it’s the standard the rest of Storytellers Travel is built on: a direct line to the person actually running your trip, not a ticket number or a rotating cast of coordinators. Whether that trip is a Sandals wedding for eighty guests or a Disney World week for a family of four, Hannah runs it herself or hands it to one of the five team members who work alongside her. Either way, you know exactly who’s on the other end of the message.
How the business came to be
Hannah started as a Disney specialist ten years ago, building a following through a Facebook group and a landing page called Disney with the Littles. Along the way, she kept meeting families who had booked their Mexico or Turks and Caicos trip somewhere else, then told her they hadn’t realized she did anything beyond Disney. That gap became Storytellers Travel: a name broad enough to hold the destination weddings and honeymoons she’d grown to love planning, without leaving behind the Disney and family travel clients who built her business. Her own wedding had three hundred guests, so she knows what a list that long does to a couple. In July 2026, the brand became a physical storefront on Poplar Pike in Germantown, her first.
Credentials and qualifications
Storytellers Travel works under IATA and CLIA. We are a member of Travel Leaders Network, which inducted Hannah into its President’s Circle, the top ten percent of its agencies, in June 2026. She holds Diamond status with Apple Leisure Group, the group behind the Secrets and Dreams resorts, and is completing the Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Leaders Alliance training program. Credentials aren’t the point on their own. They’re why a resort picks up when Hannah calls.
Who Hannah works with
Couples planning a Sandals, Beaches, Secrets, or Dreams destination wedding are Hannah’s sharpest specialty and the reason she opened a storefront. Still, they’re not the only people who work with her. Families booking Disney, Universal, or an all-inclusive vacation, friend groups planning a girls’ trip or a reunion, and couples marking an anniversary all come through Storytellers Travel too. Many of them are clients from her ten years in Disney and family travel, before the storefront existed. What they all get is someone who has actually been there. Hannah photographs the ceremony setups when she visits a property, and when a hurricane shut one down, she moved that whole group into Beaches Turks and Caicos.
